This is to give notice that reports in today's media of an agreement for possible integration of semiconductor businesses are not based on any announcement by Toshiba.
With a view to reinforcing our system LSI and discrete businesses, we are considering fundamental restructuring. At this point, however, the media article is not based on the fact.
