Comment on Media Reports on Toshiba's Capital
Media reports on April 18 suggesting that Toshiba would possibly seek to increase its capital were not based on any announcement by Toshiba. The Company continually considers appropriate capital strategies and policies, but at this point has nothing to disclose in this respect.
