Notice on appeal against a decision adopted by the European Commission
Toshiba Corporation (hereafter Toshiba) has announced that the company has brought an action to the General Court of the European Union seeking annulment of the European Commission’s decision to impose fines on Toshiba for infringement of EU Competition Law regarding power transformers. Following its own investigation, Toshiba contends that it has not found any infringement of EU Competition Law.
Toshiba will bring a robust appeal to the Court.
