| Notice on end-of-term dividend for FY 2002 7 March, 2003
TOKYO--Toshiba Corporation today resolved at a meeting of its Board of Directors the intention to pay an end-of-term dividend for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2003. The decision was taken in line with the company's recovery in the present fiscal year. The company will pay a dividend of three yen on each outstanding share.
