TOKYO -- Toshiba Corporation today resolved at a meeting of its Board of Directors the plan to offer 3.00 Japanese yen per share of common stock for year end dividend of Fiscal Year 2003. The dividend payment for Fiscal Year 2002 was also 3.00 Japanese yen per share of common stock. |
