Mechanical component manufacturing technology

We are researching and developing manufacturing technologies and systems, including high-precision machining, mold dies, molding, coating, numerical analysis (simulation), 3D CAD/CAM systems and high-accuracy assembly for producing key parts and components of new products.

Component manufacturing process technology

We are researching and developing advanced precision machining technologies by using 3D CAD/CAM and high-precision machining equipment in order to produce mechanical parts with high quality and productivity.
We are developing molding process technologies for housings of mobile products and semiconductor packages. We are also developing painting and coating process technologies in order to improve the commercial value of mobile equipment, such as mobile phones and notebook PCs.

Numerical analysis (simulation) and evaluation techniques

We are researching and developing advanced simulation technologies, including structural, fluid and thermal analysis in order to optimize the structure and manufacturing processes of new products. We are also optimizing assembly methods and improving the accuracy of mechanical parts and components by using tolerance analysis and manufacturability evaluation methods.
