In order to improve quality of design, the lifetime is predicted by the experiment, numerical analysis, and the failure analysis.Moreover, Inspection, Monitoring and IT systems are key to improve product quality. In this context we develop wide range quality control technology and systems, including process monitoring and control, visualization and defective cause analysis based on statistics , feedback system for design and parts supplier.

We are constructing quality control systems to improve the quality of various products by using our technologies, such as data traceability, data visualization, statistical methods and process control techniques.

In order to improve the procured items in quality, costs, and delivery time, we are developing the analysis and optimization tools to innovate the entire manufacturing process steps from product development to shipping to the market.
Measurement and Evaluation
We are developing measurement and evaluation technologies in order to improve the quality of mechanical parts and components by using 3D CAD data and various measuring equipment.
