2009 Toshiba Group's Environmental Management Promotion Organization restructured into six divisions by adding the Corporate Strategic Planning Division Toshiba Group Environmental Report 2008 received the Environment Minister’s Award for Global Warming Mitigation Measures at the 12th Environmental Communication Award Program held by the Ministry of the Environment in Japan.
