Fuori salone in Milano
Exhibition at Fuori Salone 2010 in Milano delivers a Toshiba's brand message of challenging to create new values of lighting
Toshiba Corporation will participate in the Fuori Salone during Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milano 2010, one of the world’s premier exhibitions of furniture and interior design, from April 14 to 19. Based on the theme of 'Luceste: TOSHIBA LED LIGHTING', the company will perform a lighting installation at the "Plastic", Tortuna area, Milan. This will be the second consecutive time for Toshiba to participate in the Fuori Salone.
At Fouri Salone, Toshiba will show how the precision and expressiveness of LED lighting can shape spaces and create moods, not only environmentally friendly. A ceiling-mounted LED installation will diffuse lighting through a veil of swirling mist to suffuse with a spectrum of growing color. Toshiba commissioned Mr. Makoto Tanijiri, an architect, to create the delicate and beautiful exhibition space using LED lightings. The exhibit will impart a realization of the values of lighting: it will touch people's hearts and suggest new possibilities of LED lighting.
A combination of "luce" (light) and "celeste" (of sky) in Italian evoking the Toshiba's exhibition site image.
