Hollow Fiber Filter System

Principle

module structure
Large capacity using Filtrate Collecting pipe
Protection by Module Guide & Dimple
Stable flow pattern using Influent Distributor
Hollow Fiber is made of a unique polyethylene material (pores of approximately 0.1 micron diameter)
Any suspended solid particles contained in the influent are caught on the fiber surface and processed
water flows through the hollow fiber.
One module consists of approximately 10,000 strands of such hollow fiber bundles with both ends of
the bundle firmly fixed.
The actual filter is comprised of multiple modules and has a large filtering capacity despite its small
size.
