- Although the Portégé G710 is GPS enabled, it is not possible to use any standard navigation software on the Portégé G710. Details on which navigation packages are compatible with the Portégé G710 will be available soon.

- If you want to receive your corporate email based on Exchange please contact your IT administrator as this needs to be supported by your company IT department.
If you want to receive your private emails like Hotmail® or Yahoo! there is an email configuration tool under the Messaging icon which automatically downloads the right email settings to your device if they are available.

- Can I receive and view attachments on my Portégé G710?

- With the Windows Mobile® 6 Standard Operating System, which is implemented on the Portégé G710, it is possible to view Microsoft® Office documents as Word, Excel®, PowerPoint® and PDF.

- 3G is not available, but EDGE is which provides download speeds of up to 220Kbit/s. Please contact your operator to check if EDGE is available on your network.
