HSUPA (High Speed Uplink Packet Access) enhances the uplink of UMTS (3G) and the Portégé G810 provides an uplink speed of up to 2 Mbps.
Together with HSDPA, HSUPA enables new high speed, uplink-intensive wireless broadband features and services for customers, such as video conferencing, voice over internet protocol (VoIP), sending and receiving high resolution pictures, video files or large emails with attachments and interactive gaming with multiple players on mobile devices.

Can I use any navigation application with the Portégé G810?

Although the Portégé G810 is GPS enabled, it is not possible to use any standard navigation software. Details on which navigation packages are compatible with the Portégé G810 will be available soon.

How can I receive my emails on my Portégé G810 device?

If you want to receive your corporate email based on Exchange please contact your IT administrator as this needs to be supported by your company IT department.
If you want to receive your private emails like Hotmail® or Yahoo! there is an email configuration tool under the Messaging icon which automatically downloads the right email settings to your device if they are available.

With the Windows Mobile® 6.1 Operating System, which is implemented on the Portégé G810, it is possible to view Microsoft® Office documents as Word, Excel®, PowerPoint® and PDF.
