How can I receive my emails on my Toshiba TG01 Windows® phone device?

If you want to receive your corporate email based on Microsoft® Exchange Server please contact your IT administrator as this needs to be supported by your company IT department.

If you want to receive your private emails like Hotmail® or Yahoo! there is an email configuration tool under the Messaging icon which automatically downloads the right email settings to your device if they are available.

Synchronization with the Microsoft® Exchange Server fails systematically and I have got an error message: "Install security certificate/expired" on my device.

Contact your IT department to obtain and install the security certificate on the device.

My device cannot connect with the Microsoft® Exchange Server.

First check that all the relevant device settings are correct (server name, user name, password...).
Contact your IT department to ensure that the Microsoft® Exchange Server is available and configured to allow mobile device access and that you have been granted the relevant access required.
