  • Employment application: Applicants will be screened and we carefully select candidates suited to available positions.
  • Interviews in each country: Applicants who pass documents screening are invited to interview held in the country where they applied.
  • Interviews in Japan: Applicants who pass the interviews are invited to Japan to visit prospective working locations and proceed to final interviews.
