The TC220 series has a new basic cell and low-power library, and achieves high performance (gate propagation delay time : 0.15 ns), high density (maximum number of usable gates : 2 million), and low power consumption.@ The TC223 series has a 3 V/5 V interface, which enables both 3 V and 5 V signals to be handled, employing multioxide technology.@ The TC222C series realizes ultra-low power consumption by the 2 V operation of its internal logic.
