TOSMEC has established

policy and aims to adhere

1. Legal Compliance
TOSMEC strictly observes the Personal
Data Protection Law and other relevant
laws and regulations.
2. Intended use of personal information
When TOSMEC obtains personal information
from customers, it clearly indicates
in advance the purpose for which the
personal information is intended to
be used and uses the information within
the scope of the stated purpose of
use. When the need to use a customer's
personal information for any purpose
that goes beyond the stated purpose
of use arises, TOSMEC notifies the
customer to that effect and obtain
the get the consent before using the
information for such purpose. Customer
always have a choice to refuse such
usage of customer's personal information
at customer's own discretion. Customer
may choose not to reveal any personal
information. Sharing customer's personal
information is strictly voluntary.
(However, some services provided by
TOSMEC may not be available if the
customer does not provide the customer's
personal information.)
3. Disclosure to third parties
TOSMEC will never disclose or distribute personal information to any third party, except for the following cases:

TOSMEC intends to protect customer's personal information customer shares with us. TOSMEC takes necessary and appropriate security control measures to protect customer's information from loss, misuse or alteration.
Questions regarding customer's personal information

customer
wish

obtain
a copy
of
customer
personal
information
customer
provided
to
TOSMEC,
contact
the
department
to
which
customer
have
provided
it.
Before
TOSMEC
is
able
to
provide
customer
with
any
information,
we
need
to
verify
customer
identity
so
as
to
prevent
illegal
leakage
of
information
to
a third
party.
Customer
may
contact
us
to
request
corrections,
updates
and/or
deletions
of
customer
personal
information;
before
TOSMEC
is
able
to
correct,
modify
or
delete
any
particular
information,
we
need
to
verify
customer
identify
so
as
to
prevent
alteration
by
a third
party.
Children under the age of 16
TOSMEC does not seek to collect information about children under the age of 16. Children under 16 years should provide personal information only after obtaining the consent of parent or guardian.
Changes to this privacy policy
From time to TOSMEC may revise the Privacy Policy to
better protect customer's personal information or to comply with changes in
the applicable laws and regulations.
