Toshiba Files Opposition to Motion For Preliminary Injunctive Relief brought by Western Digital

TOKYO— Toshiba Corporation (TOKYO: 6502) today announced that it has filed an Opposition to the Motion for preliminary injunctive relief made by SanDisk LLC (SanDisk), a subsidiary of Western Digital Corporation (Western Digital) (NASDAQ: WDC). The preliminary injunction motion is currently set for hearing on July 14, 2017 in the Superior Court of California for the County of San Francisco.
