Toshiba Group conducted a survey on the use of conflict minerals for Toshiba Group suppliers that could have been using 3TG*2 conflict minerals through the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT).
Toshiba Group carries out due diligence by conducting an additional survey for high risk suppliers.
In FY2018 number of companies surveyed has been decreased because of reforming business structure.

Result of our performance is less than average for all industry in Japan (1.83 days), manufacturing industry in Japan (1.20 days), and electrical appliance manufacturing industry in Japan (0.58 days) of Industrial Accident Statistics (FY2018) issued by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
